You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to request a return

Email clients@belluce.store with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact clients@belluce.store with your order details so we can help resolve the issue.

Your consumer rights

This 30-day return policy does not limit your statutory cancellation, refund, or legal guarantee rights. Where applicable, EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Statutory refund deadlines and remedies continue to apply.
